SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped using Flat Rate Priority shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). This service allows us to provide a quick delivery time at a low cost to our customers. While most items will arrive in 1-3 business days, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following business day (usually on Monday unless it is a national holiday). All orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
The listed shipping times are estimates based on USPS information. Gift Wraps pledges to deliver your items as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. When your package is mailed, we’ll send you tracking info. via the email address you provided. The best way to keep tabs on the status of your order is by using this tracking information.
Please Note: Gift Wraps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS).
International Shipping: Gift Wraps ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid.” All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.
Gift Wraps does not accept returns or exchanges. While all items purchased on this site are FINAL SALE, providing exceptional customer service is one of our top priorities. In the rare event that you receive an item that you believe is defective or not exactly as described, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us your full name, order number, description and photograph of the defect and we will resolve this situation with you promptly.
